House Rules

This home is our family cottage and it is very important to us that our guests respect our home and our neighbors. We love the community of Pentwater and want to be great neighbors.

This home is a duplex. The East unit - pictured to the right and throughout this site is the unit available for rent. Please use parking spaces only on the East side of the driveway. The West unit has a family living there full time. I designed this home to ensure the most privacy for each unit. It is built with extra sound proofing and no windows look into the other’s back yard. Please keep this in mind and your noise levels at a respectable level.

  • PARKING: 3 spaces available on the East side of the driveway. DO NOT use West facing parking spaces.

  • YARD USAGE: East side of the yard and back yard are available for use. The yards are separated by a privacy fence so you’ll have no problem deciphering between the two.

  • QUIET TIME: please help us be great neighbors by using a respectable volume, especially after 9:00p

  • GRILL: Please ensure the propane tank is turned off after using the grill

  • OUTDOOR FIRES: Please leave fire pit in designated area. As per village rules, a hose must be available to the fire pit. Fires must be supervised at all times by someone over the age of 18. Coals must be completely put out after use.

  • SMOKING: No smoking indoors or on property.

  • PARTIES: We love a good time but this ain’t no frat house. No parties or events permitted. Property may not be used for profit for any type of retreat, event or workshop.

  • PETS: no pets allowed unless you have separate written permission.

  • No eating in bedrooms or on couches

  • Please do not rearrange furniture except to use the Transformer Table

  • No illegal substances allowed on premises.
